Perkins Coie Advises RadNet, Inc. in Agreement to Acquire iCAD, Inc.
LOS ANGELES (April 21, 2025)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised RadNet, Inc., a leading provider of advanced imaging technologies in healthcare, in its entry into a definitive merger agreement for the acquisition of iCAD, Inc., a medical technology company focused on AI-Powered early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer.
