Leasing Clients, Properties, and Projects

Our team pursues creative approaches and practices in service of the deal and clients' goals. Our efforts have included the following:

Developing and updating clients’ lease forms and procedures.
Helping create form letters of intent specific to major client issues for up-front, efficient lease negotiations.
Introducing due diligence, document management, and tracking practices.
Helping clients manage large real estate portfolios across the United States and internationally (with local counsel help as needed) to provide consistent and efficient strategies.
Acting as the intermediary to guide local counsel on client issues and advise the client on differences between jurisdictions and transactions.
