美国博钦律师事务所再次成功入选中国商务部 337 调查律师事务所
北京报导 (2024 年 10 月 27 日)—博钦荣幸地宣布，本所再次入选为少数几家有资格在国际贸易委员会 (ITC) 337 调查领域为中华人民共和国商务部（MOFCOM）提供法律咨询的美国律师事务所之一。如需更多信息，请点击此处参阅中华人民共和国商务部的新闻稿。
这是自 2013 年商务部启动律师事务所竞争性招标程序以来，博钦律师事务所第四次入选。该招标程序全面评估了律师事务所及其团队在 337 调查中的经验和表现。博钦律师事务所的招标文件由其 ITC 诉讼团队（包括合伙人艾兵、John Esterhay 和顾问律师袁伟）编写，包含数千页资料。
博钦在入选的事务所中获得最高评分。
