Kristi has experience preparing financing, employment, and general governance documents for emerging companies. She has advised clients on shareholder inspection rights, transfer agents, and other corporate law issues.
Prior to her law career, Kristi was a senior analyst, performing large-scale data analyses and managing teams for intellectual property and commercial dispute cases. She also researched and reported on market trends to support expert testimony on economic valuation in litigation.
