Perkins Coie Represents Boise Cascade Company in Its Acquisition of the Parksite Florida Door Shop

CHICAGO and BOISE (December 17, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented Boise Cascade Company in connection with its acquisition of the assets of the Florida-based door shop of Parksite, which offers premium entry and decorative glass doors. Boise Cascade is one of the largest producers of engineered wood products and plywood in North America and a leading U.S. wholesale distributor of building products. This new location in Parksite, Florida will be Boise Cascade’s 15th millwork location.
