Perkins Coie ECVC and M&A Practices Advise Accelo on Majority Platform Investment Deal with Bow River Capital

DENVER (March 6, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Accelo, a cloud-based market leader of professional services automation (PSA) software serving over 1,200 global clients, in a new partnership with Bow River Capital, an alternative asset manager based in Denver.
