Perkins Coie Represents TENEX.AI in $250 Million Series B Funding
LOS ANGELES and PALO ALTO (March 14, 2026)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented cybersecurity company TENEX.AI in their Series B fundraising of $250 million, led by Crosspoint Capital Partners.
With a mission to defeat cybercrime by making elite defense systems accessible to every organization, TENEX.AI is a human-led, AI-driven platform that delivers faster and more accurate cyberthreat detection. The funding will allow TENEX.AI to add talent to its team, expand its partnerships, grow its international presence, and conduct innovative threat intelligence and AI research and development.
