With experience in emerging companies and venture capital, Elizabeth Plata Omidian advises startups on the full spectrum of the corporate lifecycle—from formation and fundraising to growth and exit.  

Elizabeth provides founders with clear, practical guidance through complex legal issues, including equity and debt financings, corporate governance, exit events, restructurings, recapitalizations, and founder transitions. She also maintains a robust cross-border focus, bridging the United States and Latin America and helping Latin American-based clients navigate international legal environments and seize cross market opportunities.
