Perkins Coie Ranks 44th on Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” List for 2026
SEATTLE (April 1, 2026)—Perkins Coie is proud to announce that it has again been named to Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For®” list for 2026, marking the 24th consecutive year that the firm has been featured on Fortune’s prestigious list.
“This recognition reflects the culture our people build every day,” said Bill Malley, Perkins Coie’s firmwide managing partner. “Across the firm, colleagues show up for one another—collaborating across teams, sharing ideas, and supporting each other in ways that strengthen how we work together.”
“Our focus is on continuing to support our people in meaningful ways,” said Anthony Shannon, Perkins Coie’s chief people officer. “That includes investing in the programs, tools, and benefits that help our teams grow, collaborate, and do their best work for our clients and the communities we serve.”
At Perkins Coie, the workplace experience is shaped by how teams operate day-to-day—connecting across offices and practices, sharing knowledge in real time, and approaching work with a focus on continuous improvement. The firm continues to evolve how it supports that work through targeted investments in technology, learning, and development, informed in part by employee feedback and engagement.
These investments are complemented by a comprehensive range of benefits designed to support our people across all stages of their careers, with a strong emphasis on health and well-being. Offerings include a sabbatical program, parental and medical leave, and expanded mental health support through Lyra Health. Employees also have access to platforms such as Peloton App One, Calm, and Vitality, which provide resources to support physical and mental well-being.
The firm’s hybrid work model supports flexibility and reflects the different ways teams work most effectively. These efforts continue to evolve based in part on employee feedback and engagement, helping ensure the firm is investing in the areas that matter most to its people.
The 100 Best Companies to Work For® list honors companies that build a high-trust workplace environment, measured through Great Place To Work’s proprietary survey platform. Confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million employees in the United States is matched against HR data from participating companies. Only companies with consistently high survey responses across the 60 statements that comprise the Trust Index™ Survey earn placement on this exclusive list. Perkins Coie was ranked 44th on the 2026 list.
In 2025, Perkins Coie also ranked #68 on the Fortune Best Workplaces For Parents™ List and #16 on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Consulting & Professional Services™ list.
