Anthony is an experienced human resources (HR) executive with a wealth of knowledge in strategic business matters and legal compliance in the workplace.
Informed by his background as labor and employment counsel for both domestic and international clients, Anthony Shannon has worked with organizations as a strategic business advisor. He has extensive experience managing operational HR functions, including lawyer development, employee relations, HR business partners, talent acquisition, performance management, global mobility, and executive coaching. He has a proven track record of planning, developing, and executing people business strategies in new international markets, including Brazil, Dubai, and Cyprus.
At his previous firm, Anthony led the first culture survey using the results to drive culture improvement initiatives. He is adept at designing and implementing strategic people solutions that are aligned with business goals and objectives. Anthony has also developed processes and analytics to assess workforce development needs such as closing performance gaps, developing leadership skills, and improving efficiencies through technological innovations.
