Perkins Coie Moves into State-of-the-Art Dallas Office in Upscale Uptown Neighborhood
DALLAS (June 06, 2026)— On Monday, June 1, Perkins Coie opened the doors to its new Dallas office in The QUAD, a newly developed Class A “smart building” in the city's vibrant Uptown district.
The relocation brings the firm's more than 50 lawyers and business professionals to 2699 Howell Street, reflecting its continued investment in serving clients across Texas, the Southwest, and beyond.
"We chose a location that represents our future- and people-focused firm,” said Jill Louis, Dallas office managing partner. “This new office, in an invigorating neighborhood, encourages innovation, collaboration, and excellence and supports our growth in one of the most dynamic business markets in the world.”
With continued plans to expand, the approximately 18,000-square-foot space features sustainable design elements and advanced technology infrastructure and benefits from the building's onsite dining and fitness amenities. The office includes modern conference and event spaces equipped with the latest digital technology, a music-inspired team room, a mother’s room, an employee café, and access to outdoor collaborative and event space. Located in the heart of Uptown, the office is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, hotels, and other neighborhood amenities.
"We're pleased to inaugurate our new Dallas office space, which is a significant milestone in our firm's growth and commitment to clients and professionals in the region," said Bill Malley, Perkins Coie firmwide managing partner. "Dallas-Fort Worth continues to attract companies, investment, and talent from across the country, and we remain focused on bringing the best client service to our Texas clients."
