Jill Louis offers counsel to companies pursuing growth-oriented, liquidity-creating, and transformational strategies. She regularly manages corporate transactions and plays a pivotal role in guiding entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and Fortune 50® leaders. Jill brings particular strength in infrastructure, multi-location retail, transportation, manufacturing, and industrial sector matters.
Complementing her experience in private practice, Jill served as general counsel for a large private equity portfolio company with over $1 billion in annual revenue, operating heavy-duty parts distribution and service locations across 45 states. Additionally, she was general counsel for a multinational shared workspace company with $600 million in revenue and operating both owned and franchised locations across the globe. Furthermore, she led the transactions group for the retail operating company of a global courier delivery service for over a decade, handling commercial and technology transactions in North America and Asia and launching the same-day transportation delivery service.
Deeply engaged in her community, Jill serves on the executive committees of the AT&T Performing Arts Center and North Texas Public Broadcasting, Inc. Her contributions have garnered recognition, earning her AM Law's Corporate Counsel for Women, Influence and Power in Law Award for Innovative Leadership in 2023.
