Perkins Coie Advises Upper Crust Food Service, LLC in Its Acquisition of College Fresh, Inc.
CHICAGO (January 7, 2025)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Upper Crust Food Service, a portfolio company of Copley Equity Partners, in its acquisition of College Fresh, one of the largest contract food service management companies serving university Greek life houses. The acquisition strengthens Upper Crust’s position as a leading catering provider, expanding its service to partners in 45 states and more than 100 college campuses.
