Jonathan Forgang represents private equity firms, portfolio companies, commercial lending institutions, and other private and public companies in debt financing transactions. These include leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, and other similar corporate transactions. He regularly structures and negotiates term, revolving, and asset-based loan facilities; secured facilities; and issuances of secured and unsecured debt securities.
Jonathan is a board member of the Harriett Buhai Center for Family Law.
