季义涵 Mason Ji
季义涵律师是一位诉讼律师，协助客户处理复杂的美国跨境监管、刑事和国际贸易等事务以及高风险商业诉讼。
受其国际关系背景的启发，季律师为客户就涉及美国制裁违规、反洗钱法律和《反海外腐败行为法》等问题提供建议，并提供各种内部调查服务。
季律师在联邦和州法院以及仲裁机构拥有丰富的庭审和诉讼经验，涵盖了诉前调查、证词采集、决定性动议、取证、口头辩论、庭审、上诉和判决后执行。
季律师精通中英文双语。他曾是一名中英翻译，曾在外交、商业和法律等领域里进行过大量翻译和同声传译。他运用自己的中文语言技能和对中国社会的了解，定期为客户提供关于中美法律的建议。季律师曾任联合国大会外交代表，负责过核武器、气候变化和人权等方向的谈判。在 2015 年，他被奥巴马总统提名出任白宫亚裔总代表。在法学院期间，季律师曾担任《哈佛国际法杂志》的执行编辑。季律师目前同时在华盛顿大学担任国际法的客座讲师。
