SEC Registration Fees Increase by 3.7%

Money Cash

Well, the SEC’s registration filing fees keep going up. The good news is that this year’s 3.7% increase is much less than last year’s nearly 34% increase.

The SEC recently announced an increase in its registration fees from $147.60 to $153.10 per million dollars of securities registered. The new fee rate went into effect on October 1, 2024.
