Tomorrow's Webcast: “Anatomy of a Proxy – Practice Tips from the Experts”

We have partnered with DFin to bring you a complimentary webcast - "Anatomy of a Proxy: Practice Tips from the Experts" - to be held tomorrow, Wednesday, November 3rd from 2:00-3:00 pm eastern.  Please register to catch this 11/3 program live - or to be able to access the video archive. Over 500 people have already registered - once you register, you'll receive an email with a Zoom link. This webcast is not only for those new to the proxy statement, it's also for those who are experienced and want to hear some practice tips and the parsing of some recent disclosures. So join Perkins Coie's own Danielle Benderly, Jens Fischer, Allison Handy and Broc Romanek as they offer practice tips for 17 different sections of a proxy statement - and also join DFin's Ron Schneider to parse some examples of what the disclosures actually look like for those sections. This will be an action-packed program, conducted within a framework that I don't believe has been done before. By the way, we have scheduled our next webcast - "Proxy Season Roundtable: What You Need to Know Now" - for Wednesday, December 1st. Join Perkins Coie's own Allison Handy, Andrew Moore and Broc Romanek - and Proxy Analytics' Steve Pantina - as they cover shareholder engagement and shareholder proposal trends; regulatory, as well as proxy advisor and investor voting policy, updates; and a bevy of practice tips that you can use for this upcoming proxy season. RSVP for that 12/1 webcast today too...
