W. Matthew Pierce
Building on his previous career in software, Matt focuses on patent infringement litigation and related matters.
Matt Pierce draws on significant experience in legal analysis and writing, having clerked for Judge Diana Terry of the Colorado Court of Appeals and Justice William W. Hood, III of the Colorado Supreme Court, and interned for now-Chief Judge Timothy Tymkovich of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Magistrate Judge Craig Shaffer of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Before moving into law, Matt earned a B.S. in Computer Science and worked over eight years in the industry, where he developed software for an e-commerce and logistics supplier.
