Suzana Gadzo

Suzana advises public and private companies on diverse legal issues, including M&A transactions, venture capital financing, corporate restructures, cross-border subsidiary formations, and general corporate transactions.

Suzana Gadzo has experience preparing transaction strategies, negotiating investor-side and company-side venture capital financing documents, leading complex international transactions, and guiding her corporate clients through the process. Suzana enjoys attending board meetings and serving as the client's trusted advisor.

Suzana maintains exceptional relationships with her clients because of her unique background. Originally from former Yugoslavia (Serbia and Bosnia), Suzana was raised in West Germany, lived in multiple countries and grew up trilingual. Her diverse perspective helps Suzana appreciate her client's tenacity and perseverance.

Suzana's passions include artificial intelligence and robotics, smart-home devices, space exploration, neuroscience, healthy living, and laughing daily.
