Ruben Tyler Kendrick
Counsel R. Tyler Kendrick has a background in intellectual property litigation with a focus on patent litigation.
He has drafted summary judgment briefs, motions to dismiss, motions to transfer and motions to stay in several patent cases involving telecommunications networks, navigation systems, advertising and data analytics, cell sorting technology and cellular communication technology.
Tyler has experience drafting pre-trial and post-trial motions, including motions to compel, motions to strike, motions to quash and motions for attorneys' fees. He has been responsible for varying aspects of discovery, from preparing for and defending client depositions to requests for admission and requests for production.
On a pro bono basis, Tyler has represented clients on matters of immigration, including affirmative and defensive asylum claims, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) applications, guardianship proceedings and fraud.
