Perkins Coie Represents Black Rock Coffee Bar in Refinancing of Senior Credit Facility
LOS ANGELES (September 17, 2025) - Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented Black Rock Coffee Bar, Inc., a high-growth operator of guest-centric, drive-thru coffee bars, in the refinancing of its existing credit facility with a new senior credit facility with JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and other lenders.
The credit refinancing was completed concurrently with the closing of Black Rock Coffee Bar’s initial public offering of its Class A common stock. For more information, see Black Rock Coffee Bar’s statement here.
