Perkins Coie Plans Move to New Dallas Office Amid Texas Growth
DALLAS (September 22, 2025) – Perkins Coie plans to relocate its Dallas office to a newly-developed Class A office building in the city’s vibrant Uptown district, marking a significant investment in the firm’s continued growth and commitment to serving clients in Texas and beyond.
The firm has agreed to occupy a new office space at The Quad, a premier Class A “smart building” with sustainable features and on-site food and fitness amenities that is scheduled to open in mid-2026. Lawyers in the Dallas office counsel clients in related fields such as mergers and acquisitions, technology transactions, privacy and data security, labor and employment, and bankruptcy and restructuring law.
“We continue to make strategic investments in our Dallas presence and client capabilities, and our new offices will serve to further our continued growth in the city,” said Jill Louis, Perkins Coie’s Dallas office managing partner. “The unique space and amenities at The Quad will enable us to continue attracting high caliber legal and business talent in a collaborative and client-centric workspace.”
Perkins Coie continues to expand its presence and services for clients in Dallas and Texas, including with the additions earlier this year of partners Richard Dusenbury, John-Paul Haskins, and Kyle Fox to the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices.
The firm’s new space at the Quad will encompass 19,000 square feet, allowing for future growth and flexible office configurations. It will feature a mixture of offices and conference rooms, as well as advanced technology and audio-visual systems for seamless communication and client engagement. Its design will incorporate energy-efficient systems and environmentally beneficial materials.
