Jessica Frenkel

Jessica Frenkel is a litigator who handles high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts on behalf of companies, public interest groups, and individuals across a wide array of practice areas.

She has experience litigating a broad range of disputes, including those involving contract claims, business torts, and voting rights claims.

Clients turn to Jessica for representation on time-sensitive, complex matters. She has handled disputes throughout the entire litigation process, from developing case strategy, to drafting dispositive motions, taking and defending depositions, and presenting cases at trial. Most recently, Jessica was part of two victorious trial teams litigating voting rights claims in Arkansas and Montana.

Often litigating cases on accelerated timelines, Jessica is known for her responsiveness, work ethic, and focus on her clients' goals.

Jessica maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing a death row inmate in his federal habeas appeal and a family of four in their complex immigration proceedings. She graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Colorado Law School, where she served as a casenote and comment editor on the University of Colorado Law Review. Prior to law school, Jessica worked as a staffer in the Washington, D.C., office of Sen. Charles Schumer.
