Jan Stejskal's transactional experience includes corporate fundraisings, joint ventures, acquisitions, and private equity investments. He has represented clients in technology, telecommunications, energy, manufacturing, real estate, and financial services.
Jan is qualified to practice law in England and Wales, the Czech Republic, and New York. His work is informed by his understanding of law in multiple jurisdictions, allowing him to advise on domestic and cross-border transactions, particularly those with a Central European connection. In addition to transactional matters, Jan handles comparative work related to the application of foreign law in the Czech context (and vice versa) and coordinates cooperation with foreign legal advisors.
