Evelyn Y. Pang
Evelyn has experience defending corporate clients, including publishers, fashion brands, toy companies, consumer goods companies and entertainers, in copyright, trademark and false advertising litigation.
Evelyn Pang has represented parties in U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) investigations, internal investigations and federal and state insurance, bankruptcy, antitrust, real estate and general contract matters.
Evelyn regularly drafts pleadings, motion briefs, subpoenas and discovery documents, as well as coordinates all stages of discovery. She has experience preparing witnesses for depositions, arbitration hearings and government testimony, as well as researching and assisting with drafting contracts in intellectual property transactional matters, such as privacy and technology laws.
Throughout her time at Columbia Law School, Evelyn was a legal intern for Tumblr, Marvel Entertainment and the U.S. Attorney's Office. She was also the managing editor for the Columbia Journal of Law & Arts and a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
