Ebony is committed to helping clients find practical solutions to complex, rapidly developing business issues.

Ebony Morris advises clients on M&A transactions, strategic investments, debt and equity financing, corporate governance, and other complex legal issues. Her broad transactional experience includes cross-border joint ventures, asset purchases, acquisitions, venture financings, and corporate restructurings. Ebony provides strategic counsel to clients across a wide range of industries, including clean energy, transportation, technology, media and entertainment, and consumer goods.

Ebony is also a member of the core leadership team for the Perkins Coie Startup Springboard Program, which elevates cohorts of emerging growth founders and helps them expand their ecosystem. She further maintains an active pro bono practice in immigration law, anti-recidivism efforts, LGBTQ+ rights, and healthcare rights.
