Daniel is a partner in the firm's Federal Tax practice.
Daniel Sito has experience advising private equity, venture capital, public and privately-held company and pension fund clients on the tax aspects of complex business transactions, including investment fund formations, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, debt and equity issuances and restructurings. He also has experience advising tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations on organizational and operational tax issues.
