Colleen Ganin advises clients on trademark and copyright clearance, prosecution, licensing, and enforcement at each stage of company growth. Her deep industry experience includes fashion, finance, sports, entertainment, consumer products, and technology.
Colleen manages large-scale trademark clearance and filing programs and international trademark portfolios and has worked on some of the most well-known brand launches in recent years. She also counsels clients on securing and enforcing trade dress rights as well as copyrights in wearable designs.
As a trusted advisor, Colleen regularly works with clients on intellectual property transactions such as trademark, copyright, and content license agreements; merchandising, sponsorship, and confidentiality and nondisclosure agreements; and asset purchase, art commission, publicity, and software development agreements.
