Brandon Kaster
Brandon structures, negotiates, and documents a wide variety of business transactions. Brandon has experience in mergers and acquisitions (both private equity and strategic), venture capital, joint ventures, debt and equity financings, and other corporate and governance matters.
In addition to advising on transactional matters, Brandon routinely serves as outside counsel to his clients, assisting them with corporate law needs, including financings, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and organizational management.
Brandon is the vice chair of the Chicago Bar Association's Business Section.
Brandon is committed to pro bono work, including counseling on immigration matters and serving as a volunteer guardian ad litem in the Circuit Court of Cook County.
