Perkins Coie Advises Lendlease in Its Sale of U.S. Military Housing Business
PORTLAND, Ore. (February 3, 2025)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Lendlease on the sale of its U.S. military housing business to Omaha Beach Investment Holdings, LLC, an entity managed by Guggenheim Partners Investment Management LLC. Based in Australia, Lendlease is a multinational construction, property, and infrastructure company known for its work in urban regeneration, residential and commercial property development, and infrastructure projects.
