For more than a decade, Alix has helped industrial clients effectively address their environmental compliance obligations.

Alexandra Magill Bromer advises on environmental compliance obligations arising under various federal statutes and their state counterparts. Her clients include companies within the petroleum refining, energy, and other industries. Alix handles matters related to the Clean Air Act, solving clients’ complex regulatory problems, particularly related to stationary source and fuels obligations. For publicly listed clients, Alix offers guidance on the discussion of environmental risks and disclosures in various U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings. She also has performed environmental due diligence in connection with transactions involving petroleum refineries. She is well versed in the AAA arbitration process and the legacy liability issues that arise between current and former owners of industrial sites.
