Aimee Ford

Aimee advises clients on complex regulatory and permitting issues involving federal and state environmental laws.

Aimee Ford is an environmental and natural resources lawyer. She is well-versed in rulemaking proceedings, including both commenting on rulemakings and counseling clients on compliance. Her practice extends to consent decrees and enforcement actions, which at times involve extensive negotiations with federal agencies that lead to resolution.

In her Clean Air Act (CAA) practice, Aimee advises on issues relevant to both stationary and mobile sources and assists clients in petitioning for waivers or relief from CAA standards. She also has experience litigating issues related to land use and leasing issues for major energy projects, as well as issues relevant to tribal lands, focusing on the legality of the National Environmental Policy Act review process undertaken during the fee-to-trust process and tribal gaming approvals.
