Addison Bennett advises clients facing complex litigation matters, with a focus on appeals and dispositive motions. He has represented clients at all stages of litigation before federal and state courts and secured victories in significant appeals across the county, including by successfully petitioning for certiorari and prevailing on the merits before the Supreme Court of the United States.
Addison’s pro bono practice includes matters involving immigration, criminal law, habeas corpus, civil rights, and the First Amendment.
