Todd Kerr Named Managing Partner of Perkins Coie’s Phoenix Office
PHOENIX (March 30, 2020)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Todd Kerr, a Commercial Litigation partner, has been named office managing partner in Phoenix. Todd succeeds Jessica Everett-Garcia, who served in the position since January 2018, and will be continuing in her role as chair of the firm's Commercial Litigation practice.

In addition to his new duties, Todd will remain a partner in the Commercial Litigation practice. His practice focuses on securities and other complex litigation, including professional liability, corporate governance, class actions, unfair competition, and other commercial matters. Todd has held several prior leadership roles at Perkins Coie, including firmwide chair of the Securities Litigation practice group, and serves as a member of the firm's Partner Compensation Committee.
