Perkins Coie Partners Recognized as 2023 Best Lawyers by D Magazine
DALLAS (May 3, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that partners Jill Louis, Dean Harvey, and John Hardin have all been recognized as 2023 Best Lawyers in the Dallas metro area by D Magazine.
To be considered as a 2023 Best Lawyer by D Magazine, lawyers must be licensed to practice in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and be nominated by their peers. Nominated lawyers are then further assessed by a panel of lawyers representing a range of specialties.
Jill Louis is Perkins Coie's Dallas office managing partner, a member of the firm's Corporate & Securities practice, and co-chair of the Infrastructure Development practice. Jill advises companies with growth-oriented, liquidity-creating, and transformational strategies.
Dean Harvey serves on Perkins Coie's management and executive committees. He focuses his practice on technology related commercial transactions, artificial intelligence, and data privacy and security, and assists clients in developing, acquiring and commercializing intellectual property, technology, software, and other technology-related services.
John Hardin is the Commercial Litigation Lead for the Dallas and Austin offices. He is a veteran trial attorney with broad experience in complex commercial disputes in a wide array of issues.
