Perkins Coie Appoints Jim Snell as Managing Partner of Palo Alto Office
PALO ALTO (March 14, 2022)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Jim Snell, a veteran privacy and data security partner, has been appointed as the managing partner of the firm's Palo Alto office.
"Jim is a collaborative and inclusive leader who is respected by his clients and colleagues in Palo Alto and across the country. He has significant experience counseling technology companies and other businesses on critical issues," said Bill Malley, Perkins Coie's firmwide managing partner. Jim will be a tremendous leader for our office as we continue our growth momentum in the Bay Area."
In addition to his new position, Jim will remain a partner in the Privacy & Security Law practice. He counsels and defends clients in a wide range of complex commercial matters, including risk mitigation related to state and federal privacy laws and defense of privacy class actions and regulatory enforcement matters.
