Perkins Coie Advises Tikehau Capital in Loft Orbital’s Series C Funding Round

AUSTIN (February 25, 2025)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Tikehau Capital, a global alternative asset manager, in Loft Orbital’s $170 million Series C financing at a $2.5 billion valuation. The Series C financing was co-led by Tikehau Capital and Axial Partners. Loft Orbital, a space-as-a-service company providing turnkey satellite solutions, plans to leverage the funding to scale its manufacturing facilities and integrate artificial intelligence to automate satellite operations and optimize data processing. These advancements aim to enable customers to efficiently deploy space-based applications, furthering innovation in the new space economy.
