Valeska Pederson Hintz serves as a trusted advisor to management teams, boards, and investors as they address rapid growth, international expansion, complex transactions, and evolving governance and compliance demands.
Valeska works closely with emerging growth and late-stage companies to build scalable corporate and governance structures that support long-term growth and exit readiness. She regularly advises boards and management teams on governance matters, including board composition; committee structures; shareholder engagement; and the identification, oversight, and management of enterprise risk and compliance functions.
Her transactional practice includes venture capital and private equity financings, strategic investments, M&As, tender offers, secondary transactions, and initial public offerings. She provides practical, business-minded advice focused on efficient execution, liquidity planning, and long-term business success. With a background in electrical engineering and finance, Valeska brings a practical and commercially focused perspective to advising technology companies and investors. She has spent most of her legal career in Silicon Valley and regularly advises clients operating at the intersection of frontier technology, capital formation, and scaling technology businesses. She counsels companies and investors in AI, enterprise software, cybersecurity, hardware, healthcare technology, media technology, defense technology, frontier technology, and other high-growth industries.
