Perkins Coie Advises Storj on Acquisition by Inveniam Capital Partners
PALO ALTO (October 31, 2025) - Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Storj Labs (Storj) on its acquisition by Inveniam Capital Partners in a definitive agreement to power the future of decentralized data infrastructure.
Storj is a disruptive global cloud services platform built on a unique decentralized and distributed architecture that enables incredibly fast performance for demanding workloads like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and media.
