Perkins Coie Advises Brev.dev in Acquisition by NVIDIA

NEW YORK (July 16, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Brev.dev Labs, Inc. in its acquisition by NVIDIA, a leading artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerated computing solutions company for various industries and applications. The acquisition was also highlighted on X. 

Brev.dev is a startup specializing in AI and machine learning development platforms and was acquired by NVIDIA in July 2024. The acquisition is designed to optimize graphics processing unit (GPU) resources across multiple cloud providers, aligning with NVIDIA's strategy to enhance its cloud infrastructure and bolster its AI development capabilities.
