Perkins Coie Advises Apex Treasury Corp. on Upsized $344.7M Blockchain and Cryptocurrency-Focused IPO
NEW YORK (October 30, 2025) - Perkins Coie announced today that it advised special purpose acquisition company Apex Treasury Corp. on the successful completion of an upsized $344.7 million initial public offering (IPO) through the sale of 34.47 million units at $10 each.
The successful offering included 4.47 million units from the underwriters’ over-allotment option exercise. Apex Treasury Corp. intends to use the IPO proceeds to acquire companies operating in the digital asset sector, including blockchain and cryptocurrency entities. It listed on Nasdaq under the ticker APTXU.
