Tomisin Ogunsanya advises clients on complex capital markets transactions, including registered and unregistered securities offerings. He has experience in SEC-registered equity and debt offerings, Rule 144A/Reg S offerings, and equity tender offers.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Tomisin led deal teams, overseeing all facets of transactions from initial structuring to closing. He has represented a diverse range of clients, including issuers, underwriters, deal managers, initial purchasers, and placement agents across various industries.
