Valeska Pederson Hintz, Arthur Greenspan, and Carolyn White, presented "Fraud: Selling Ahead of Availability and Insider Trading" during the Consensus 2022 Roundtable Sessions in the Austin office. The presentation addressed risks related to investor and media communications and trading digital assets while in possession of material nonpublic information through analysis of Theranos and OpenSea; preparing digital assets companies, investors, and employees for navigating these risks.
