Crypto Task Force Written Input - Recommendations to the Crypto Task Force, Part II: Addressing Security Status, Scoping Out and Public Offerings
The following is the second submission from Perkins Coie in response to your February 21, 2025 request for public input (the Task Force Statement) on some of the difficult questions facing the Crypto Task Force, and should be read in the context of our initial submission of April 23, 2025 (the First Perkins Coie Submission) in which we set forth a proposed framework for the regulation of crypto assets.
Below we address certain questions under “Security Status,” “Scoping Out,” and “Public Offerings” in the Task Force Statement.
