Utilizing his deep industry experience, Nate provides execution-focused private equity and mergers and acquisitions counsel to help clients maximize value and enhance deal outcomes.

Nate Ford advises private equity sponsors, senior management, and public and private companies on complex corporate transactions. These include domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, and growth equity financings. Nate has worked on a high volume of leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations in a range of industries, including healthcare services, retail/consumer (including direct-to-consumer and multichannel), software, and technology.

Nate frequently represents the portfolio companies of his private equity fund clients in strategic add-on acquisitions and operational execution.
