Perkins Coie Represents Maxima Power Group in Acquisition by Sunbelt Solomon Services
DENVER, (August 9, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have represented Maxima Power Group, a NETA-certified electrical engineering, automation solutions, and technical field services provider, in its acquisition by Sunbelt Solomon Services, a leading provider of customized electrical power solutions and services. The combined entity will focus on a key segment of the electrical power distribution equipment and services market, bolstering Sunbelt Solomon's existing footprint and capabilities. Maxima Power Group was a portfolio company of Copley Equity Partners and will continue to operate under its existing brands.
