Michelle Yocum

Michelle Yocum is an associate in Perkins Coie's Patent Litigation practice.
She works on a variety of litigation in federal courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Michelle has experience developing and managing case strategy, pleadings, motions practice, fact and expert discovery, deposition preparation and examination, and conducting due diligence in support of litigation and pre-litigation investigations. Her work engages a wide range of technologies, such as software, semiconductors, telecommunications, aviation, and pharmaceuticals. Michelle also has a varied pro bono practice, taking on immigration, criminal, civil rights, and child custody cases.
Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Michelle practiced at several other multinational law firms and clerked for the Honorable Raymond C. Clevenger III of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
