Perkins Coie Again Recognized as an ITC Leader in 2024 ITC Intelligence Report
SEATTLE (March 1, 2024)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that the firm was named a leading firm in Patexia Inc.’s 2024 ITC Intelligence Report in several categories. Out of 372 appearing law firms, Perkins Coie received numerous top rankings for its ITC Section 337 practice:

Five Perkins Coie lawyers ranked among the top 100 best performing lawyers representing respondents and two among the top 100 best performing ITC lawyers overall. The 2024 Patexia rankings follow Perkins Coie being named the best performing law firm representing respondents in 2022 and 2023, achieving a perfect score of 100 percent last year.
Patexia’s report is based on data compiled from public information on ITC complaints filed under Section 337 between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2023. Patexia analyzed the lawyers, law firms, and companies involved in Section 337 ITC investigations over this time and ranked them based on performance and activity.
