Harman Dhanoa
Harman Dhanoa works on commercial real estate transactions across the United States.
Harman frequently assists developers and real estate investment companies in the purchase and sale of commercial property; negotiates leasing matters on the landlord and tenant side; represents borrowers and lenders in loan originations and loan modifications; and advises clients on title, survey, and other complex due diligence review. She has experience with a variety of asset types, with an emphasis on retail centers, hotels, and multifamily buildings.
Committed to advancing diversity in the legal profession, Harman serves as a member of the board of directors for the South Asian Bar Association of Arizona.
