Perkins Coie is one of the only national law firms with an in-house Trial & Litigation Consulting team as part of its full-service Trial practice offerings. We have one goal: to make our clients and their cases more persuasive.
Our team of professionals is led by social scientists who hold two of the only doctorates in the United States that are specific to trial consulting. They have a national practice and offer jury and litigation consulting, witness preparation, and case strategy consulting.
They draw upon decades of experience, both academic and practical, from hundreds of cases researching how juries, judges, and arbitrators respond to complex issues. That experience enables them to bring an immediate baseline of strategic depth to every new case.
